PARKING

Parking is located at Fort Wetherill at the bottom of the venue’s windy and narrow driveway. Look out for signs. Trolleys will run every 10 minutes starting at 4pm to bring guests up and down the driveway to minimize the number of people needing to ride at one time.

UBERS

Ubers can drop guests off at the venue, but we are encouraging drop off at the designated parking area and riding the shuttle up the driveway to limit traffic conflicts and give priority to those who need direct access most.

SHUTTLES

Shuttles will be provided between the hotels and the venue at 3:15pm and at 9pm + 11pm.

FAQs

Number of people attending?

We expect 125 - 150 guests.

Where will the ceremony + reception be?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. The venue is breezy and large enough where social distancing can be maintained. Food will be buffet-style and seating will be under an open air tent with tables spread about 6’ apart. There will also be a number of out-of-tent seating options for those who prefer extra distancing.

Is vaccination required for all guests?

Vaccination is not required, but we are live-tracking the guest list vaccination percentage on our website, As of 4.27 it is 50%! If you will not be vaccinated but still wish to attend, we ask you get tested and practice responsible covid practices prior to the event.

Will masks be required?

RI will be lifting its outdoor mask mandate in May for those standing more than 3’ apart, but we ask all guests to bring masks and use them when riding the shuttle, using the facilities, going indoors, getting food / drink to protect the catering staff or interacting with other cautious guests.

Will there be dancing?

There will be dancing! Socially-distanced dancing! There is plenty of space on the property to spread out and celebrate into the night.

What should I wear?

This is a festive semi-formal affair, held outdoors, in the grass, in late June, surrounded by water. It will be windy and may get cold at night. The terrain has some slopes. Avoid pointy heels and bring something warm for the evening.

What happens if it rains?

The show will go on! And it will be fine. There will be lots of tents and covered outdoor spaces. The indoor spaces are pretty awesome too. Again, bring your mask just in case there are moments when the quarters need to get a little closer.
